Sorry, I posted something before intro. We have a 2014 220 with tower and 270 volvo dp. Was hoping for the 320 but a little steep of 5k for 50 hp. First cobalt for us 2nd boat over all. Fell in love with her during a on water test. Just the feel of her in the water and the handling is outstanding. Just wish the bow was higher out of the water like the r series. The r5 is probably the next one when we trade up. I'm out of Michigan grand rapids area. Usually go out of grand haven or holland when nice. If not or when the big lake is cold we usually stick to local inland lakes. Green lake, reeds lake, bostwick lake.

Hey thanks for the intro T-Z. The pics are so much appreciated. Always good to see the " art " of Cobalt being posted here.

The dual props probably matter as much as the extra hp in a boat that size. And I really like the white stripe through the blue hull with matching white arch - a pretty classy look.

42-45 mph depending on amount of bodies

FYI- I live just south of Kalamazoo and boat Lake Michigan also, usually out of South Haven, but have launched in Lake Macatawa, Muskegon Lake.
We also spend a lot of time on Hardy Pond just north of you.
We are fortunate to have so many nice lakes to choose from.
This year we've been to Burt and Mullet, Higgins plus a few local,lakes down here in Marcellus
