I de-winterized.
Installed simrek drive shower.
Installed the center walk thru cushions.
Fixed some carpet snaps.
Replaced trailer winch strap with new yellow one.
Replaced center windshield latches.
Lubricated various other latches.
Buffed Port side using new FLEX forced dual action polisher. 👌🏻
...followed that up with Hot Sauce.
Detailed engine compartment & interior with Meguiars degreaser. (Man I love that stuff).
...Followed that up with vinyl sauce.
Applied Thompson fabric protection on cockpit cover.
LED light upgrade for engine compartment.
Troubleshot stereo head unit.
Cockpit heat switch panel replacement.
Troubleshooting HPU for engine hatch (it’s lowering way too slowly).

Buffing starboard side Monday. :D

Upgrades or maintenance?

Boat is a 2002 226 with a VP 8.1 DP

Lifetime upgrades include:
Extended swim platform
Wakeboard tower
Full stereo treatment including amps, speakers, equalizer, etc., all done by me.
Dual batteries with automatic charging relay.

I'm working on installing an on board charger

Trailer got
Electric trailer brakes
Full led lights
Wiring for under trailer lights
New tongue
Tongue box to hold jack, tools, etc.
Side guides
Retractable transom straps.
Upgrade tongue jack
2 speed winch

Need to have it blasted and repainted.

Some day I would like to do some work on the engine to see if I can get a few more horsepower. But I'll need more $$$ to go down that road.

Holy Cow you guys are busy!!! This winter I had the following done:

New JL speakers and added a 10" sub
New 8 channel X 800 watt amp
Added Bluetooth to the Stereo
Underwater lights
LEDs under the gunwales and around the speakers
SIMRAD GO5

5 year service:
Engine Tuneup and service
Out Drive service
Bellows Replacement
Gimble bearing inspection
Engine Alignment

Wish I could say I did it all myself, but I don't have all the expertise or the time.

Big Block Power wrote: Sun May 06, 2018 4:38 pm I installed my table today. I was going to put it in the middle of the walk through but I didn't want out in the way. I remember on my 200 out blocked most of the walk through and really bothered me. So I put it more to one side. Also for you 200,220,250 guys on the engine hatch they like to leave the bottom edge unfinished so I get this molding that they used on newer models and glue it in place.

Looks nice! Is that the Taco, Garelick or other? Preferred supplier? That's one option I'd like to incorporate on our 343.
