Ive read if you allow it to bake in the heat with the cover on it turns into a impenetrable coating for the vinyl 😀

So my kids want (or think they want) to ride the branson belle. I want no part of it. So far ive been able to hold them off but my times coming soon i think.
I rode that dumb thing last year and it’s awful. They serve you a TV dinner and the show is terrible. Only cool thing is you are on the lake. So for non boat owners you have that.

We went because we are season pass holders to silver dollar city. They had a half off deal so we went. Never again

I loved swimming in this area last summer...beautiful water, calm and the occasional boat zooming by to provide scenery. Branson belle is fun to look at but cobalts are more enjoyable as well as it is byob....I put in last year at the ramp you have to pay to use (state or national park) and enjoyed having to swim to boat after launching as the lake was hi and the dock walkway was under water. Definetly going back next year and renting time share again at welks resort.

Ytmsn wrote: Thu Jun 07, 2018 5:56 am Those are great shots Liquid! Someday I want to visit you there at your lake house. Sooo many stories..

Yesterday was both up and down then back up on Table Rock. The first thing we spotted was the Branson Belle so we zoomed up for a closer look. It's not every day you see one of these on the lake!

Then I went to reverse and it wouldn't engage. I moneyed around with it some, then decided to head to The Harbor where I bought the boat. I can't say enough good things about those guys. After tying up to the dock I went to the service dept to see if they could take a look or tell me how to fix it. The service manager told me that since I bought the boat there he would do what he can to get us back on the water. They brought a trailer around and pulled me out to look at the drive. Here is the one of the guys bringing her in.

It turned out the linkage lost a pin on the drive. Took them maybe 10 minutes to fix it and put me back in
And refused any payment! I'm sending pizzas to the service department today. Wow those guys are great!

We'll make it happen someday my friend. Sorry about bad luck but I'm glad you got it turned around quickly.

Great pics Liquid, looks like the kids were still having a great time.
They had a blast. I have to fill you in on Disney at some point too. They were over the moon at Animal Kingdom.

This is the message I've been telling kids. So far I've been able to hold them off but then when they actually see it....they say they want to ride it again.

Thats right next to me and Tgrace's marina....and our respective condos for that matter. It is a great cove. If you go towards the back you can anchor, swim and see/hear the silver dollar city coasters running and people screaming in the background

I think its referring to a rock formation in the main channel that is on your way to the shell knob side of the lake. Its shallow and often just below the water line and its not marked. As you head towards the swing from branson area the lake juts off to the left (west) headed towards shell knob. If your in that area stay on the left/south side of channel

These are the low spots I'm aware of when heading towards Shell Knob, the furthest right circle is little barbados.
