Summer isn't over yet but we did drop off our oldest at college today at Benedictine College! He had a pan of brownies from momma in hand as we left!

He's a college wrestler and future Mechanical Engineer in the making! In fact, we're going to see about getting him an internship at the Cobalt Factory next summer! Warning, he likes fast and powerful!

It's a new season WL! Congratulations on getting one off to college. That's a big deal!

We made it back from running down the lake to listen to live music. The band was pretty good so we stayed a bit to listen. Good times!

Unfortunately the bad part of being an IT guy I spent most of the weekend attached to my computer doing system upgrades/enhancements. But because of that I get a 4 day weekend over Labor Day!

And today is the Annual “Big Cat Poker Run”

It’s an assortment of offshore boats that do a run through the California Delta. As the come down the main channel we had a bird eye view from our “ windmill cove”

Not too many pics today. The water was gross green green green. Blue green algae so no one was getting in the water. Saw another Cobalt at the weed bed.

Damn I suck at taking pics. Too busy driving around and watching the 3 year old to take pics. Took some friends out today. Much tuning and even some skiing was done. Skier got a lot of props from others as it is such a rare occurence.

Need to gas up next week. First time in a long time we have gone through more than a tank by now. Only a few weeks left of summer, but hoping to make the most of it to early September.
