Here’s mine. 08 sequioa 5.7. 4:30 in the rear end helps. I added airbags and now it squats less than 3/4”. Plenty of power and stops well. I get 12 on average towing. Not sure I like the black and gold colors but it’s paid for and only has 82k87C9D800-178F-4BEA-9171-4E9D7BCE9D56.jpeg

Hey, nice rig S5555533333000!
We looked at a few new (and used) Sequoias last week. Great towing machines when equipped like yours with air suspension. Surprised only the 7 passenger Platinum models have this installed by the factory. Otherwise the 8 passenger Limited model and other models require an aftermarket install. We do love the 7-8 passenger capability and fold flat rear seats. That gas mileage is a tough pill to swallow and she is a tank for the wife to drive. Can’t beat that Toyota reliability though.
We went in a slightly different direction and purchased a used smaller 7 pax SUV located in Texas that has a 7,500 pound tow rating with air suspension & 516 foot-pounds of torque. Unfortunately, gas mileage is not much better at only 15 mpg combined. Since our 2009 Aspen Hybrid is approaching 200,000 miles, it’s time to move on. Wish they still produced them. Amazing machine with an Allison transmission made by Mercedes.
In any event, deal is done and she is being shipped next week to PA. Pics to follow.
