I watched a marina who rack stored a friends boat put it on the new trailer for the first time.

Simple but crazy .You need two small rocks. String.. tape?

Whattt?

The plumbob mooch is all they did.

Simply tie a rock on the end of the transom so it will drop to the ground with a inch of clearance.
Mark the spot with tape.

Do the same of the bow eye ( where you wench 😎it)

Measure between the two and wallah. You’ll have to deduct any offset of pad stop but it’s gets you close in one shot.

Yes they do that method for setting bunk widths as well.

I can do that! I didnt realize it had to be within an 1/8 of an inch. :o lol
