LOL...I actually have a 10' tilt solid yellow umbrella ordered. That pole came in on Friday. I got it cut and ready about an hour before we were going to hit the lake. So I grabbed my wife's patio umbrella. It had been rolled up still so I figured she would not care if the lake ate it.

Ugly yes. Functional yes. Trial worked good. When I get the yellow one in I will make some tie down points. I can see the wind being more aggressive with the umbrella when they tilt it. My daughter doesnt like to be in direct sun for long and my dad was with us and some of his meds make him more sensitive to the sun. So again, I agree its ugly, but it served it purpose the past weekend until Mr. Amazon can get my new umbrella in.

It was a great outing. This was my daughter's second trip out on the boat. I was heading back before she said she was done. i didnt want to wear it, but then she knew where I was headed and didnt want to go it...So...At her request...as in the movie Armageddon "I am going to twist you and flip you until you scream then do it again". I was basically the only boat on the water. I love this video and wanted to share in my kiddo's happiness. Of course I was grinning ear to ear.

I found basically that same umbrella through Walmart for $39. Then I used mrrbates.com so i got another whopping 2% rebate

If you are talking about the video...heck yeah. She is usually so timid. I figured that all that HP would go to waste since she didnt like to go fast on the pontoon boat. Now she is like the "Kick the Pig". So the boat may end being named "The Pig".

My FIL new someone who named their boat "Job Site". In case the boss called and asked where are you...I am on the Job Site...lol.

I am thinking another name might be Bee-Yacht my daughter also like Yellow Lifejacket ...naming is so hard

Yes, the video. One of the things I love about the lake is seeing kids (any kids) have fun! My wife and I love sitting in front of our place and hearing the happy shrieks of kids playing in the water or tubing. Seeing your daughter having a ball is awesome!
And I understand about your ugly umbrella, but we practice tuff love around here! Glad you didn't take any offense. Even if you are a Texan.

Oh. No offense. I just wanted to get some shade out there...and that is what I had on hand. It cracks me up. Cuz I also sort of think WGAF. I am in the shade enjoying myself. My ugly umbrella shades just as well as a a pretty one...but that being said...There will be some pics coming with a nice pretty yellow brella out there.

I love that vid. As my wife just said that's what it's all about.
1 tip get her to wear sunglasses. Max is hit and miss with them so we keep spares on board with the flip flops.

Dang skippy. But I think it would look better in black. BB is twisted, so don't listen to him.
Black would be better than yellow.
