She's a 1990 263 with the 7.4l dual prop. Here are some pics.

Restoring her and keeping her for 4 or 5 years until we decide if we want bigger.

If you an on towing much I'd replace those trailer tires for sure. Regardless of what the tread looks like.

Lots of good threads here on restorations. If you can't search and find for what you're looking for just ask. Some of the guys have real mechanical talent I'm amazed at the job they accomplish.

Trailer is my mechanics btw. I don't have a trailer for the boat. It really sucks.

Buy a good used one like T5555555000000 did and you won't have to stick another dime into it. 😱😱😱😱😱

Here is the beginning of the restoration. Phase 1 is paint and bottom job. Up next will be the interior.

coji1469, thank you for the pics, that exterior restoration is gorgeous.

May I ask (I'm a big fan of the 1st gen 263):

1. Where do you boat? How does she handle in really choppy conditions?
2. Has the size of the head (and that stupid slanting wall and curved door) become any easier to get used to over time?
3. Are you comfortable with the galley size?
4. Anything you like or hate more since you've had her for a bit?
