Got 13" of heavy snow in 10 hours sun-mon, schools were closed, so took a snow day with the kids and spent money online. The only thing I couldn't find discounted was the drive shower. Did pretty good yesterday. Christmas shopping is DONE, lol.

Oh yea you anyway have the 502 he's got the 454 mini. I think you anyway have that ecu. Was a good thought though.

Cool. Do you have a good baseline yet? Or do you have to get one yet? Can't wait to hear the diff. I wish someone was good at doing the Volvo ecu.

Yep, one of my first posts after joining the site, lol.

Here's the run down:
1996 252
7.4 Magnum MPI
Bravo 3
1/2 tank of fuel
2 people in the boat, no other gear.
Ambiant air temp 58*
Empty lake, water dead calm.

Time to plane: 5 seconds
Slowest planning speed: 16mph @ 2200rpm
Cruise speed: 48mph @ 4000rpm
Top Speed: 57mph @ 4900rpm

I was impressed overall with the performance of this boat, especially with 900 hours on the clock. Also pretty surprised at how accurate the dash speedo is compared to the GPS speedo. They were within 1-1.5mph through the entire test.

What prop are you running. Have you played with them more. Did you get any of them tweaked yet?
