Modifying 262 Stainless Arch to Fold

Thanks for the input. Spoke with Samson this morning and they were unsure if the Blade would fit my 262. Sent in some pics so hopefully get some good news as to a custom. YT, I’ll send a note to ya later. i’ll be curious as to removing etc.

Ok I’m back. What did I miss? Oh of course the tower. Glad no one has cut it off yet...

I thought the Samson would work? It depends obviously on angle of boat in water and the width . Old gelcoat holes are a easy fill so don’t let that scare you.

One of our members with a 9ft beam confirmed construction so it’s a great option.

The hinge idea has me puzzled on how it would latch when up.. And that one hard wake wouldn’t collapse it.

Good ideas so far.. AJ who is who?

What he meant to say is his boat cave with a tower on it from the factory which samson made that tower for the factory at that time.
