Not sure why you want to stand on the fenders?
Just put black nonskid on it then.

Doesn't anybody else stand on the fenders getting putting things in or getting things out when they're still wet from a take out? I've just about biffed it just from rain. It's easier than climbing up the ladder and over the back seat for me. I thought blue would look nicer than black....

No I guess I don't want to scratch the crap out of the paint. Lol
Stan's maybe on the diamond plate behind the fenders. Plus my fat butt would dent the fenders. I just throw the crap out or hand it to someone.

BBP......if my trailer looked as nice as yours I'd be after anybody that stood on my fenders with a bat but mines 35 years old and it shows it. There is little rust spots all over from rock rash. It's going to be a job to clean that all up. I think it's going to get the redneck treatment with a wirewheel and a rattle can of paint for now. If I could figure out how to put diamond plate running board braces likes on your trailer I might do it. A new trailer would be the easy way out but my pockets aren't that deep after retirement but you never know.....

Yea I hear you. I rattled can my used old trailer for my crownline and it actually turned out pretty good. I know some guys have used the bedliner paint or chip guard paint.

One of these will take that old vinyl off quick.

If you want to stand on the fenders I'd buy a 2x4 sheet of diamond plate aluminum, cut it in half, and put it on with 3m body tape after refinishing the fenders, would look sharp too.

I was looking at your transom tie downs,do they rub on the gel coat? If I use them on my boat the only way will be to have them go across the bottom of the hull and I'm thinking they might cause a rub spot on the edge of the hull.

No that part of the transom is curved inward. So it doesn't touch it. Plus if I wanted you can attach it to the swim platform. There are spots for it there but I rather not. I did on my 200 it was fine.

I need to replace the circulation pump hose on my motor (5.7) and I see that the Chinese ones are about $15 less that the others(US made?) or are they all made in China? Anyone have any experience with these?

The swim deck is finally going together after much hand wringing. Still have a ways to go before the boat is in the water. The top side is not cooperating,it has a lot of oxidation and water build up,shine is coming back on the hull.

Looking good! I'm just getting back into doing a few things on mine which is a few years newer than yours.

Dude, good work on this. It's like I'm looking at my boat. If I had found your thread before buying mine, I might have been scared off. As it was, I was committed before I truly understood the amount of work it'd take. No regrets yet.

Turns out what was listed as a 1985, is actually a 1984, so my 1984 19BR may have been near yours on the production line.

Do you have any update on cut/buff out the gelcoat? I've been debating on weather or not to do that myself. I'd like to either do it, or have it done before I start bolting all the trim back on.
