Don't laugh...the deal was that I could get a new boat if I let my wife pick the name. So, it's going to be Carpe Mare, which is Latin for 'Seize the Sea'. 'Seize the Seas' would have been better, but that's Carpe Marie, and I don't want a name in the name, if ya know what I mean. It's a bit goofy either way, since we are on an inland lake and not the ocean, but oh well. The more I think about it, it has started to grow on me.

It'll be going on the transom just above the swim platform, so its basically flat. That's good to know about bending the graphics; I hadn't thought about that even being possible.

I'm the wife and I named ours Carpe Solis or Seize the Sun. And same thing, the real latin translation is Carpe Solem but then people would be confused and think I like to slalom ski or something. Apparently, your wife and I think alike. She must be brilliant!
