Thanks guys, that's her favorite spot! And how cool it that, to have a boat full of Nauti's and Cmatts and BB? Jeesh we had fun. Yes, for sure, you guys need to make this next year!

I've been in Manhattan this week for work and yesterday afternoon I took advantage of a break to visit the 9/11 Memorial. I still remember this day like yesterday, where I was when the towers were struck and watching them fall. In the late 90s I worked in one of them for a time and have pictures at the windows on the world bar at the top. Seeing the memorial yesterday was pretty moving.

We spent an afternoon a couple of years ago while there selling the Hurricane Sandy house auction on Long Island. The only time I've had that same feeling is when visiting the Murrah Building Memorial in OKC . Very hallowed ground and very moving. And a very emotional afternoon for me.

Boating with my kids is done for the season...they are back to school with soccer and volleyball games so my niece and nephew had to say goodbye to summer this week (TeamNauti is still trying to hold on for a few more weeks).

Tucker had an amazing summer...he's got the skiing bug...started out the season hesitant to even try to wanting to drop one this weekend...I crushed his dream when I told him his trainer skis didn't have a back boot for him to go slalom. Maybe next year! But he did figure out going out over the wake and cutting a little bit...he is super athletic and looks like a rock star! Proud Aunt Kate for sure! Maybe next year we can ski doubles!

And a few more from a beautiful Sept weekend...temps still reaching 90+ for us with water temps 85. Hang on Summer! We saw this beauty at one of the marinas today...a 1936 Chris Craft...stunning up close!

A bit more. The day before hurricane Dorian hit SC. It didn't affect us at all, really.
