New to cobalt - about to buy a 2007 262

Post by field4s »

We have always had a Crownline and were planning on upgrading our current one, when we saw the 2007 262 Cobalt. Hoping it is the right move for us.

Hey Welcome from Table Rock/Wentzville MO. As a former crownline and 262 owner you will absolutely love the 262. The ride will be better than any crownline you have owned and the overall fit and finish of a Cobalt cannot be beat. If you have any other 262 related questions feel free to ask. We have plenty of them around here.

Love the color combo on there, haven's seen the red w/black boot stripe, very nice!

YeeeeeeHawwwwww F4S! Another 260 series owner. Welcome to the CobaltChat forum. So glad you found us!

As a prior 262 owner, you will absolutely love that model. It’s the last year (2007) of that series before Cobalt went in a different direction. And yes, great color combo too.

Please post interior pics when you get a chance.
...and an engine pic too! :D
How are the engine hatch sun pads holding up? Unfortunately Cobalt doesn’t make those anymore so be gentle with them.

Do you have a trailer with her?

Again welcome aboard mate!

Hey U da man TG98....wouldn't expect anything less from a prior 262 owner. :D

This 262 looks to be in good shape. Dash looks good and vinyl seems to be holding up well.
She has some simple mods that I have not seen before. :?:

Haha even though my time in a 262 was short I still have a soft spot for them :D I might have even sent that exact boat to another forum member. Small world it showed up on here as a sale pending.
