Tuscany, I think I told you earlier that I did a barn about 10 years ago. Had water line run for a frost free pump, 200 amp electric box but no heat. I have a large torpedo heater that warms it up quickly. I love going up anytime of the year to fool with something on the boat or camper. You will love this addition to keep that boat looking new. I looked at Morton & they build great buildings. The company I used was National Barn out of Nashville. They did a nice job. Congratulations.

More than anything, I'm just relieved that I can store the boat here at home.

Every year, I store my boat, and a 26' enclosed trailer that is in pristine condition. I use the trailer for our business, and it's a nice looking vehicle that I take good care of. This past spring when everyone was getting their stuff out of the storage slots we rent in the building, the guy who stored his classic car on the side of my trailer had his gas pedal stick, and he took out the corner of the trailer. Nice guy, he was sorry, and I felt worse for him because his car was a true classic with a busted up corner.

Accidents happen, and no one was hurt and the trailer is fixed...but, if it were this boat, I may not have been as calm and understanding even though we all know accidents happen. We've been putting this off for years because it was always on the back burner of things we want vs. need. This incident kind of put the garage straight on the front burner.

I agree I didn't like having my boat not here last year. If I had room I would have a extra garage as well.

I hate not having my boat over the winter. Luckily, Tuscany is putting in a 3rd bay and he, myself and AJ will be able to garage boat all NY winter.

Oh yeeeaaaahh.
The center WILL be wide open for cobalt chat slumber parties. Cable 75" TV will be mounted on the wall. For those scary movies..you know, Sea Ray Swim decks and the horror of Bayliner images.
Smoker is there, I know a guy who can supply all of the meat, seafood, and milk & cookies we can eat :)
Add in a few cocktails, and we'll give a new name to garage boating.
My wife will be so embarrassed of me!

My wife is already embarrassed of me. Tell her join the club.

Is it weird that this actually sounds like a good time to me?
