Cobalt 222 Condurre wiring

I have a 1989 CObalt 222. Was wanting to add some lights and use the factory switches that are to the left of the wheel. Ive taken the panel down under it an there is wires all zip tied together. I would like to tie into those but dont want to start cutting zip ties and messing it up to find the wires. Does any one know where you can easily tap into these?

What are the switches labeled? I know most of the switches that were unused on mine were dead headed behind the starboard speaker by the helm.
