If you don’t have a grill out back, how will you cook up the fish you catch?

I actually enjoy seeing the different ways people use their Cobalts. One guy converted his into a luxury dive boat, which had not occurred to me but certainly caught my attention.

Added some scuba tank holders and a big ladder out back, and does scuba dive trips for hire for small groups of people. I tried finding it again, but the Cobalt Coast on Grand Cayman is dominating the search results.

My 263 has a transom 'grab bar', parallel to the swim platform. So, I attached a clamp on rod holder to the grab bar, which stays in place 24/7.

When its time to cook, I haul out the Magma rod holder mount/filet table

This allows for a stable platform for either my Weber Q or my Coleman 2 burner gas stove (not a big fan of using the stove in the Cabin). Both store easily under the deck, forward the engine bay.
