Mercruser Bravo 3 4.5 Trim

Bravo 3 trim motor just started running and now will not trim down as it went up but not down ? WTH.

Likely a bad solenoid. $30 part and about 1/2 hour to swap it out. Tap the side of the solenoid to see if you can get it to work. Could be just a bad connection inside. Green wire is for down and blue wire for up.

It was a sticking transom switch burnt out two solenoids. Down only.
