I’m surprise you liked it. Captains Call on a sailboat consists of him shouting “ready about, hard a lee”, much different than Captain's Call on your Cobalt
BR I loce that cc
Really out in the Caribbean it doesn't get any better. I'll take sails, engine, cat, power anything. As long as it's on the water I'm in. The wife wants to retire on a catamaran. I said she gets to hire the captain and I get to hire the maid all good to retire

Now you listen here BBP.....there’s a good and wise woman. Heed her advise here.
Id agree though.....sailing a catamaran or other vessel through the Caribbean (or elsewhere) has long peaked my interest. Trying to convince her to do the BVI thing but won’t budge

We did the BVI Islands and the Baths and its crazy cool.
I loce it down there. A 50ft cat with sails or power im good. Just add a captain and a maid so I can enjoy it and I'm in.

BBP—-I told you, you secure the boat and I’ll captain the charter for you. Miami to the Bahamas is an easy 10 day trip
Sailor you and I need to hook up so we can do this in the future. I'm in. You tell me what rope to pull and I'm in!!

No problem. I may not be the captain your wife envisioned!! First lesson—-quit calling them ropes!!! They are lines or sheets depending on what the function is!!!!! Lol

I’ll work the ropes on the bumpers!
Lol; time for lesson #2—they’re fenders, not bumpers. You want fend things off, not bump into them!
Fine, I’ll just wench it back on the trailer then!
Ok, you guys are gonna make me work for it. You don't winch (or wench) a cruising sailboat that is 40+ ft long, is 13ft wide and draws 4-7ft on a trailer, you lift it on the 18 wheeler flat bed with a 50 ton crane...or a travel lift. but hey, you can always try.
