Looking to resurface some or all of the vinyl seats. What is the replacement of the snakeskin looking vinyl? I can’t find it.

None that I know of.
Find a good vinyl repair place in your area and take the engine platform pieces to them. They are not difficult to remove.
As far as seat backs, they are almost impossible to remove. A good vinyl repair person may be able to repair though depending on the damage.
