No one will know that answer. As every trailer is diff but may get you a close measurement. The good thing is if the first bridge is 14 feet and the boat wasn't you know a insurance guy. Just call Jake

Legal height on any roadway is 13'6". (Some exceptions on county & state roads) Anything over that you need a permit. I doubt it would be that high, even on a semi.
