New Member and New First Time Cobalt Owner

Post by Scaemur »

We pulled the trigger and bought our first boat. We went with the Cobalt and decided to buy a used one with very low miles (70) but something we can use for multiple purposes. It look almost new to us with no scratches on the exterior. Even the dual props have no markings. Hopefully, I do not screw that up. We are excited...a little nervous...but excited. Here are some pictures. I hope I do this correctly and they show up.

Nice job posting that Scaemur. Even an engine shot! 👌. Thank you. She will be in almost perfect shape with a quick bilge cleaning. Looking forward to more pics as you make some amazing memories on the water. 👍

That is a great first boat. Congrats and welcome. You need to come back now and post your first captain's report.

I did not expect this when I bought this boat. I think I have an addiction already. This boat has everything I need and more. I do not even know how to use it yet, but I am finding myself researching new parts, gadgets and made up "needs" to buy. I truly do not even know how to use over half the things on this boat and I am buying as if my life depended on it. I sure am having fun spending money and dreaming though.

I prefer to think of it as a lifestyle instead of an addiction.
