R5 Trim Tab Location

Wow funny butt clinching story there! Glad the tabs are installed and looks factory! And I told you tabs would make the boat feel bigger and handle the chop better. I got caught in wind driven 3-4ft’rs this past weekend as a storm blew in and just dug the tabs and cut right through it.

Great write up. I’ve been searching for hours for A25 Install location and can not come up with anything on this. Has anyone performed this on a A25? I’m conflicted on what part of the hull to use. I found 1 picture that has them Placed in the outdrive space but looks like the R series are placed on the longest part of the hull. Contacting factory today to ask but just saw this and thought I would ask.

I have a 2018 R5 and am installing the Lenco tabs. I found the pre wires in the engine compartment and am hooked up there. Can anyone describe where the wires are bundled at the helm? I can’t find them anywhere! Also, does anyone know how the extra power and accessory wires are labeled? Everything at the back of the boat is done; just trying to finish up at the helm. Thanks for any help.
