That was a flood light the original owner installed. Remote at the helm. I removed at the end of the season, never used it, and was in the way for boarding and throwing the anchor.

We've got an '06 272 on Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma and love it! We've owned it for 6 years and its been the perfect boat for our family.

I get jealous of these newer 272s with the walk through back end and the nice swim deck.. I get to climb over the engine/sun pad onto the 12" deep folding deck!

I sold my 1994 272 last August and purchased a 2006 272. Both are incredible boats.
