As Granny used to say on the Beverly Hillbillies, "Y'all come back, ya here,"
Great when dreams become reality. I never thought I would own a Cobalt either.

Congrats! I feel the same way. Boating is great and Cobalts are great. When you combine the two dreams do come true. Enjoy!

Well, renting lesser boats for a few years, saw many Cobalts on the water and admired the lines-- beautifully designed. Eventually went to the dealer that rented them and 3 years of renting convinced me that Cobalts were head and shoulders above similar boats. Looking at R3s, but this one came available with the 350 Volvo and big stereo-- wow-- decided to commit. My wife, not a native boater-- loves the stability and solid character; it is the boat for the long term-- grandkids included! Thanks for asking!

Thanks -- so far, so good-- not a hint of disappointment. Great example of you get what you pay for-- in this case, I
paid up, got an excellent boat!

So true--right time, right circumstances, and the notion that you get what you pay for-- the buy-up in quality and engine has been worth it. Paid more than I wanted with absolutely no regrets-- what a boat!

If you see my family around the corner on the sandbar hanging on our 24SX, say hello
