Ooohhhh. Nice jwill.
I had a 1978 CJ5 in 1978 with "Levi" interior red exterior and Levi blue soft top, 304 V* manual 3 speed, manual hubs. It was a blast! Back to boats ...
Thank you! The two options it is missing that I would have ordered is the underwater lighting & the swim platform lights. Our weekend days usually end up turning into late evenings so the lighting would be cool to look at on the slow cruises back to the dock.BobRae99 wrote: Tue Apr 23, 2019 5:35 pm Beautiful boat. Thanks for sharing. It looks like it is very well optioned. You mentioned it has 95% of what you wanted, do you mind sharing what additional options you'd have ordered? Visually, it looks like it has everything.B
Thank you! I saw your posts about your new R7. That is a gorgeous boat. I've spent many weekends on Table Rock when I lived in Springfield. I grew up in a small town outside Jefferson City, MO so LOTO was the lake I grew up going to. That lake was fun through high school and college.tgrace98 wrote: Tue Apr 23, 2019 5:47 pm Welcome from just further down the chain of lakes! As I’m a Table Rocker!
Beautiful R5 and great options! I have the same motor in my r7 and I love it.
We are having a meet up in early June on Table Tock. You should pull it on up for the meet up!
Ha! If I were to order, I would not have so much color. I planned to get a red boot stripe and the rest all white.Big Block Power wrote: Tue Apr 23, 2019 7:45 pm Nice ride. I bet 1 option was a black hull
Welcome from Wisconsin.
That's a pretty minor option deficit. I'm betting your dealer could add those options at a reasonable cost. It's a beautiful boat. I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of it.BeaverLakeR5 wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2019 9:01 amThank you! I'll welcome a hijack with Jeep pics any day. That is beautiful! How long have you owned it?
Thanks! I'll check it out.akorcovelos wrote: Tue Apr 23, 2019 10:22 pm She’s a beaut! Be sure to post on the non-exclusionary white boat thread.
Boat trailers are the dealers. They agreed to let me borrow a trailer to keep it in my storage unit until the weather warmed up. The first pic is the original trailer they put it on when I picked it up a few months ago but it wasn't set up for a windlass. I had to bring the boat back to the dealer to get a few things done & they swapped out trailers while it was there so that I had one with a v block to make it easier to launch with the windlass.CD262 wrote: Tue Apr 23, 2019 11:34 pm Nice! The first pic - I see a different trailer, is that one yours? I just ordered my trailer through Haul Rite for our 262 we bought this winter. Same wheels as well...
Thank you. The Gladiator needs to grow on me some more. I'm probably in the minority but it really doesn't do anything for me. Maybe I'll change my mind when I see it in person and/or drive one.
That was my thought as well. There are some good options for under water lighting. It may be a winter project next year.BobRae99 wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2019 9:30 amThat's a pretty minor option deficit.
