So if there’s any type of fuel filler angle or side entrance this thing leaks correct.

The product demo shows it straight up and down & the gentleman putting pressure on it. Not sure I would recommend this for anything but vertical fuel filler receptacles. 🤔
.
They say it works on angled fillers up to 45 degrees. I didn't look close enough to tell if the fuel came out from between the gasket and the clear plastic baffle body, or if it was between the nozzle and the gasket. You can definitely see fuel seep between the gasket and body. I sealed that part up with the included gasket sealer afterwards to see if that helps for next time.

I think in the vid it says world's up to 45 degrees. That's why I
said my boat would be at 90 degrees and it wouldn't work.

This is great info Dub. Thanx for posting.

Us older generations Cobalt owners do not have to concern ourselves with this EvaP system, but this posting is very informative for the newer generation who may fall under current EPA Regs

Glad I don't have the fuel burp problem or at least the guys at the dock have never mentioned it. Where I fill, they have attendants I guess they're afraid of customers causing a fuel spill.
