I need to pickup a trailer for my 99 220. There is a localish guy that has one from a 210. Do you guys think it would be to short. How can I measure to get a good idea if it will fit?

Is it a custom trailer or a universal one? Custom might be tough to fit to a different model. Universal one have tons of adjustment available for all kinds of different makes and models.

If it is custom. A welder might be able to make it work by relocating the bunk tabs.

I am not sure yet. Not that far along. Just posted in our local facebook group saying I needed one for my 220 and a guy responded saying he bought a 210 and didn't need his.

It may be a foot short. What is the measurement from the rear of the hull to the bow eye. The you go to the rat of the bunk to the bow stop on the wench stand. How much can the wench post move forward yet? What is the weight capacity of the trailer.

When people talk about measuring bow eye to transom do they follow the contour of the boat or just a flat measurement? I figured just a flat measurement to straight below the bow eye so there isn't any room for error but wasn't sure. I think technically my boat is light enough to be pulled with a single axle and this one is a tandem with trailer brakes so I bet it is rated high enough but I will check to make sure.

No way would I pull your boat on a single axle. You just need a rough measurement. so one its on the trailer then adjust it.
