JL Audio Upgrade for our 95 252

Now don't judge my dirty boat (it went straight to the detailer as soon as I picked it up yesterday), but here is the new stereo upgrade. Some of the photos aren't the best because we were in a hurry, but it came out great. The sound is absolutely insane. The 6.5" speakers are some of the clearest I've ever heard. The 10" subs hit incredibly hard. We added 7.7" speakers in the transom and they are louder (and clearer) than many tower speakers I've heard. This was a complete rewire job as well. We are powering the six 6.5" speakers and the two 7.7" with a JL 800.8 amp. The subs are powered by a JL 600.1 amp. I've got to thank Ytmsn for pulling me aside and talking some sense into me on this project. We got EXACTLY what we wanted once we decided what was important. I appreciate the help.

She sounds unbelievable. I took a video and it sounds good, but it doesn't begin to do it justice. I'm not figuring out how to attach it here though either unless I upload it to YouTube?

Yes....create a youTube account and then upload your video it to your account.

Next, click on the youTube radio button at the top of the CChat forum site while you are editing.

Then just insert the youTube extension number of your video link that appears in the address bar between the youtube brackets that pop up. [youtube][/youtube]

(I can edit it for ya' to show correctly if you just copy and paste the youtube link)

You can....or you can just copy that GTWwTNOobm4 extension and paste it between the youTube brackets so the video actually shows in your post. Edited it for ya' so you can now see it there.

BTW, great bass pumpin' thru there!!!

Thank you. Although I guess I didn’t make it completely clear in my first post. This was installed by a local shop in town that has a great reputation. It was expensive, but I actually only paid $1,450 in labor. Considering everything they had to do, I think that was a bargain.

What head unit are you using?

Ok I guess now I'm ok with what I did myself. I had countless of hours in it. Still not all the way done. The second one is I could do in half the time. And yes if it wasn't mine I could do it even faster.
