Hey everyone, I’m new to this great group but love all the info here! I have a 2018 220S with VP V6 280 and was wondering if theres anyway to turn down the volume on the beeps you hear when initially turn the key on? It is so damn loud it scares the wife, the dog, and the boat next to us! Any insight is appreciated. Cheers!

Hey Jon. Welcome to the Cobaltchat forum. So glad you found us!
Easy solution to your loud beep challenge. Look under the dash and you’ll find a small black plastic speaker. Just listen for it.
Once you find it, wrap a piece of electrical tape around it. That way it’s toned down but still audible in case you need to be alerted.

Good so far! We purchased a 2018 220S from them used that was part of their boat club. It has a bimini top and seagrass carpet and 280 VP motor. We love it thus far. Our previous boat was a Crownline and we are excited to own a Cobalt!
