Does anyone know where the hardware comes from for the A29 Bow Sail Shade? I would like to purchase it and fabricate a sail shade for an R5

Oh never mind I'm thinking of something else. I'm sure you can have a upholstery shop make one. One that does mooring covers. Did you check on the price from your dealer?
But you know Yt made some up himself you would be proud to own

Wife disagrees with Yt solution. Shade would be easy. A29 system looks like they use flexable tent type poles that insert into top rail. Does Cobalt give out parts lists?

The problem with Cobalt is they order off your hin number. So if it's not part of your build they won't sell it to you most of the time, so I would contact your dealer and see if they can get it for you to add to your boat.

I found this one on ebay. Also check Taylor Made website. I saw some on there site that might work or at least hardware?

$1k for that?? Go to a local canvas shop, they’ll make you one just like that for half the price.

Yes agree. There are plenty of sail shade options. Some are $150.00. You have to find the pole set up. That's the hardest part. If you can find poles to go into the quick release pieces then your golden. That's where I think Taylor Made products and Attwood products may help.

The upcoming R6 has that option. Why don't you wait a bit to see what the accessory looks like and what hardware they are using to set it up. I believe there is one for the aft cockpit as well.

Any average r3 owner can order one with a 350. But the elite order one with a 430. I tried to save you 30k last year. If you would have gotten that 430 last year you wouldn't even be thinking a r6
