New Member - 2022 220S On Order

New to the forum and new to owning a Cobalt. Put down the deposit today for August delivery from the factory. Still tweaking some options.

Very difficult to make color decisions with very few dealers having ANY inventory this year. Just not sure some of the interior/exterior options will have the same affect on a 220S as they do on the R6/R8 our nearest dealers have had on the floor. It also doesn't help that Cobalt's website only shows the "preview" for 2 out of 4 interior colors right now.

So if you folks have newer 220S I would love to see your color combos. Especially interiors.

We are basically down to 2 exterior combos -- each w/ black tower & bimini
Shale sides + black bottom + white boot stripe
Black sides + black bottom + white boot stripe
**I was overruled on my initial request for Sandstone w/ black boot stripe...sigh**

Glad you can get into a new Cobalt by the end of the year. Demand is certainly hot right now.

As far as color combos go, I don't thing you can go wrong with either of your selections. Personally I do like picture number two. It will be easier to keep clean, buff out, and maintain overall. Plus it looks classy. That's just me of course. Honestly, go with what your wife likes.

More importantly, how are you powering this Cobalt?

Welcome! We waited from November to the end on January '21. It's the LONGEST wait you can have, but a fun one.

Not a 220 but a sister CS22-

We went with the black with white boot stripe and white tower, and she's a stunner in person. Always have had black vehicles so the hull color was an easy fit for me. She's getting good buzz at the dealer while we've been waiting for delivery. We changed last minute to the Terra interior and it looks great. The seagrass mats have more black, and black piping, so it ties the hull color up into the boat.

Our Boatmate trailer finally came in so we're taking delivery Thursday.
