Trade 3-axle for 2-axle trailer?

I need to downsize boat trailers. This one is too big for my 272 and not setup well for it.

1999 Prestige Triple-Axle boat trailer.
LOA 38' or so.
Fully adjustable bunks in great condition.
New tires all around last year.
Surge brakes work well
New winch strap, bow roller.
From what I can gather, this is setup for something closer to a 29-31 ft boat.

Looking to make an equitable trade for an appropriately sized adjustable tandem axle trailer with brakes in good shape.

disregard. Trailering has become less of an issue following slip rental. I'll be putting some money and time into getting the bunks re-situated.
