Asking for a friend with a new boat .What would be the signs and symptoms of a sticking poppet valve on a 6,2 Mercruser bravo 3. Can anyone tell me how they work . Thanks Guys.

overheating, consult a engine manual, engine IPB, there may be a kit for replacing.
Never did it.
