1994 Cobalt 220 Loose Captain and helm seats

Hi,
So both of the seats appear to rock and are loose, but not at the base of the floor of the boat. I guess it is where the seats attach near the top swivel area. Any tips, thoughts, or ideas for the best way to fix?

You might check in with slideruleracer in this forum. He has a repair kit for Cobalt seats that are newer than yours, but he might have some suggestions.
