2002 Cobalt 282 For Sale

Hi All,
Wife insisted on an upgrade to an R30 (1st grandkid excuse / 'we need more space'). Of course I took her advice and now my 282 is consigned with Village Marina in Eldon, MO at Lake of the Ozarks. Have owned this boat since 7/20 and bought it on consignment from Village. Some of you who have been on here for a long time may remember the saga in finding this boat during covid as the first 282 was bought before I could get to it. (Thanks Brad - Our boat has been awesome, hope yours has been as well!). 526 hours, single engine Volvo 8.1 GXI big block 420hp. Corsa captain's call, well maintained with a 'whatever it needs approach' by an excellent mechanic that works at a local marina. 5/2/26 - drive service, u-joint, gimble bearing replaced and ready to go for the summer with fresh oil / filter. $4k in exterior finishing done in '24 which included new letters, emblems, and painted boot stripe in place of the previous taped stripe. Had this work done thinking I was keeping the boat for a long time. Never used the head and neither did the previous owner. Typical upholstery cracks for this boat and all in great shape. Forgot to mention has all covers - Bow, cockpit, bimini front and back and mooring cover which goes to the stripe made by Texas boat covers. Also has the elusive bow center cushion. Of course also have to mention - no trailer! Never owned one and boat has been on a 10k 1b lift.
