I have a set of Carlisle's, (first time using this brand), that are going on 5 years old, no problems so far, most of my towing is over 100 miles at a time so they get warm, I think they redesigned their tire a few years ago?ajcampen wrote: Mon Aug 12, 2019 2:34 pm Carlisle tires really suck. I had two on a sea ray 185 trailer and both were getting ready to go. I replaced with another brand. On my 220s trailer (boatmate) I have replaced two of the tires the past couple months with goodyear endurance. Plan to do the other two in the spring (5 year old tire thing). One I replaced got a nail in the sidewall and the other got a puncture at the ramp. I am all in on goodyear endurance for my replacements. if they don't last i'll blame bbp
I'm pretty good about checking tire pressure.
Next year I'm in the camp for the new Goodyear like most of you, as I've used the Marathon for many years with good success.
