Re: R5 Swim Step Knob Issue
We've drilled it into our heads not to turn the key until swim step is confirmed in up position.
I hear ya! I can see the corner of it from the drivers seat so I always look before move.
Yep, I always glance back to see the edge, plus I ask out load. It’s part of the process before I turn ...

I love seeing all of these great pics. Thanks for sharing. We had an impromptu date night at the lake last night. It was beautiful out. Perfect weather.

Re: Gas Gauge
My Garmin gauge shows 105% after a fill up. It remains there until it drops to 80% or so. I feel once rooms is in the tank the sloshing occurs and the gauge is bouncing all over the place but once we park in a cove or idle back to the ramp it is fairly accurate. We trailer and I fill up after each ...

Re: 2014 R5 Mods
I installed the wireless charger this weekend. I ended up using Command strips also. It was an easy install and worked great. Very pleased so far. Thanks for the command strips idea. I meant to take some pics but forgot.

Re: 2014 R5 Mods
Nice job fourmasons! I purchased the same wireless charger to install on my 2018 R5.
Questions for you and Bruce.
Did you just splice into the 12v usb plug on the helm or into a different source? I don’t want to create any electrical demons. Lol
Are you happy with how it holds and charges ...

Re: June pics 2021
Jealous of the 69 degrees BB. Winnipesaukee topped out at 63 today. We got screwed last weekend with three days of 46-55 and rain. Going to be 88-92 the next four days with warm, humid nights,, so that should improve things
Despite the chilly water, it was still a killer day on the lake today. We ...

Re: June pics 2021
First time out this year. A good shake down. It was pretty rough though so a short day. Pretty windy and 91 out.
Grand Daughter and her friend still tubed across the whole lake. Boat ran good. When I stopped we got a little water over the bow that's how rough it was. Adalyn was at the bow and got ...

Re: New member from KY.
Thanks, but she is no longer mine. I loved the R3 so much I decided we needed a R5! My wife didn’t necessarily agree but I sold the R3 in Feb based on the fact my dealer said he had a 2018 R5 coming in on trade late spring early summer. Even though he sent me the build sheet I kept shopping not ...
